Reservation and Cancellation Policy

To secure your reservation, a non-refundable fee of $25 is required. This fee applies to all bookings.

Pricing:

• The total amount includes both the trip fare and the $25 reservation fee.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup will receive a full refund of the trip fare and taxes, minus the reservation fee. Only the trip fare and taxes will be refunded.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup will not receive a refund meaning that the $25 reservation fee, the trip fare, and taxes are non-refundable.
